  • TSH Group was floated on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd (Bursa Malaysia) in 1994 and ascended to the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia in 2000.
  • We completed the listing of our subsidiary, Ekowood International Berhad (EIB), on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia in 2004.
  • On credit standing, we are rated AA- by Malaysia Rating Corporation Bhd.
  • We have been adding value to our shareholders through our rapid Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of over 18%  in the last 5- year period
  • Our shareholders’ fund surpassed RM500 million¹, aback a market capitalization of over RM1 billion².
  • Financial community recognizes us as a green industrialist synonymous with our numerous environmental friendly approaches in implementation of our resource industrialization strategy, as well as our continuous efforts and unrelenting commitments in environmental conservation.

Our business

  • In a nutshell, TSH is an international plantation-based industrial group.
  • We are involved in:-

    • Palm oil industry –
      • (i) Palm oil plantations - We owned 20,000 Ha of fully planted oil palm estates in Sabah and Indonesia, as well as 60,000 Ha of land banks in Indonesia.

      • (ii) Downstream palm oil activities - We operate four (4) palm oil mills in Sabah and Indonesia with the 5th mill presently in the pipeline. In addition, we have diversified further downstream into crude palm oil refinery and kernel crushing plant through TSH-Wilmar Sdn Bhd, a 50:50 joint-venture set up in affiliation with Wilmar International Ltd, a renowned leader in the vegetable fat sector listed on Singapore Stock Exchange.

      • iii) Palm bio-integration activities – We convert both solid and liquid waste from palm oil industry into sustainable renewable bio-energy and value added industrial products. 
  • Engineered hardwood flooring through our 2 million sq. ft. manufacturing plant located in Gopeng, Perak, Malaysia owned by our listed subsidiary, EIB.
  • Downstream activities of cocoa sector via our two (2) pioneer cocoa processing plants in Port Klang, Selangor, Malaysia.
  • “Open book” approach in sustainable forestry management through our 100-year license for 123,385 Ha of forest in Ulu Tungud, Sabah, Malaysia known as Forest Management Unit 4.
