Adding Value to Timber Resources & Waste

The above diagram illustrates total integration of upstream (forest plantation) to further downstream activities, wood industries and electricity.

Our sawmill operation operates based on "Zero-Waste Principle". Our mill comprises of 2 divisions, "Main Sawmill" and "Mini Sawmill". Main Sawmill will be processing good-quality timber, whilst Mini Sawmill will be processing all the logs residual.

The above mentioned principle replicates our palm bio-integration and Ekowood integrated timber complexes.

3 Phases To Achieve Total Integration

Phase 1 Processing logs to produce: Sawn logs - completed Sawn timber - completed Composting - in progress

Phase 2 In the medium term, we are planning to go into downstream activities, producing: Finger joints Furniture parts Wood panels Engineered solid hardwood flooring (Ekowood)
