We have two cocoa processing factories in Port Klang, Selangor under CocoaHouse Industries Sdn Bhd (CHI) and TSH Industries Sdn Bhd (TSHI). The CHI factory produces cocoa butter, cocoa cake and cocoa powder. Their products have gained international acceptance and are used by renowned bakeries, confectioneries, beverages and chocolate manufacturers in the world. The cocoa products are marketed under the brand name "Cocoa House" and are exported to the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Egypt, Russia, Iran, Philippines and India.
With Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in place, coupled with stringent in line control program, quality is emphasized and given priority to ensure safe and consistent supply of products. CHI was awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certification by the SGS in 2004.
The TSHI factory processes low grade cocoa beans and illipe nuts. The finished products are deodorized expeller cocoa butter, deodorized extracted cocoa butter, neutralized and bleached illipe butter.
