Kelvin is the Chairman and Co-Founder of TSH Resources Berhad, a boutique plantation group operating in Malaysia and Indonesia. Since the company’s founding, he has played a pivotal role in shaping its strategy, governance, and growth.
Kelvin began his entrepreneurial journey in 1977 with a cocoa trading business in Perak and expanded into Sabah in 1986, pioneering an integrated cocoa operation. In the 1990s, he applied this integrated model to oil palm, establishing plantations and mills in Sabah and later expanding into Indonesia in 2003. Under his leadership, TSH achieved public listings on Bursa Malaysia (Second Board in 1994; Main Board in 2000) and on the Singapore Exchange in 2023.
Kelvin continues to drive TSH’s sustainability initiatives, including renewable energy projects and biodiversity conservation. He is also active in supporting educational and public institutions, contributing to the community.
