TSH aims to be a progressive plantation enterprise with an emphasis on sustainable production, social accountability and sound environmental management.

All decision making and development processes of the Group are guided by the principles of Sustainability, where various efforts were undertaken by the Group over the years to improve the implementation of sustainable practices in all aspects of operations and committed to uphold due diligence as an integral part of supply chain management.

The Group is also committed to the Principles & Criteria set out by the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO) and Indonesia Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO).

TSH became a member of Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) in Nov 2014. Being a member of RSPO, TSH is committed to fulfilling RSPO principles and policies.

Part of which we have to certify all our mills & estates under the RSPO principles and policies standards as well as the supply chain certificate system.

We achieved our 1st certification in 2016 and to date, we have certified 4 mills & 7 estates. Timebound Plan (TBP) for the Group has been revised and approved by RSPO in August 2023. Certifications to be achieved by all Indonesian operating units by year 2025.

TSH is deeply committed to supporting the national sustainability initiatives of Malaysia and Indonesia. Under the Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO) Certification, we have successfully achieved 100% certification for all our Malaysian mills and estates. As for the Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) Certification, we are actively on the path towards full certification, with four of our units already certified, and our aim is to have the remaining units certified by 2025.
