Welcoming New Members with Open Arms

Starting a new job can be both exciting and challenging, which is why we are committed to ensuring our new joiners feel supported from the moment they join. Our newly joined employees, for example, in the estate, will be equipped with a starter kit with essential tools, along with sembako — a package of basic food supplies to help them settle in comfortably. We also open our arms to family members of our new employees to start their careers here in our estates. Our estates have facilities such as a child care center, kindergarten, school, and clinics for our employees and their family welfare. These initiatives reflect our dedication to their well-being and underscore our responsibility to support their smooth transition into the company.
